Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is leaked
  • The wrong item is delivered

Reporting Time

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos or video evidence is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products returned due to personal preference

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days
  • Refunds for online payments are returned to the original payment method
  • COD refunds (if approved) are adjusted through replacement or store credit

Courier Damage

  • Damage caused during transit must be reported immediately
  • Claims after 24 hours may not be accepted
