Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged
- The product is leaked
- The wrong item is delivered
Reporting Time
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photos or video evidence is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items without original packaging
- Products returned due to personal preference
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days
- Refunds for online payments are returned to the original payment method
- COD refunds (if approved) are adjusted through replacement or store credit
Courier Damage
- Damage caused during transit must be reported immediately
- Claims after 24 hours may not be accepted
